Understand your plan and billing

Find the owner's limits, manage a renewal, and keep your catalogue.

Billing for a synthetic complimentary Pro account, with current plan and usage information.
Historical local example: this complimentary Pro account has the legacy 2,500-book allowance, not the planned 10,000-book offer. It is not a payment or a receipt; Billing shows your currently applied access. All screenshots use synthetic local fixtures.

Find the allowance that applies

Open Billing from More or the sidebar. Book capacity and retained image storage are independent pools across non-sample libraries you own. Free includes 50 books and 50 MiB; planned Pro includes 10,000 books and 10 GiB. The per-file upload safety limit is separate: 2 MiB on Free and 10 MiB on Pro. Other library allowances follow that library's owner. A member's own paid plan does not increase someone else's library allowance.

The pricing page describes the planned Free and $60/year Pro offer. Pro and bundles are not open for purchase yet; Billing shows your currently applied access. The roadmap lists future features separately from the paid comparison.

Manage a subscription on the website

The planned annual Pro subscription is $60 before buyer sales tax. Optional bundles add 5,000 books and 2 GiB for $12/year, or 5 GiB without more books for $25/year. Both stack and renew with Pro; there is no automatic overage billing. When purchases are open, the website's Billing screen offers the available plan and subscription controls. If purchases are closed, the screen explains that checkout is unavailable. The mobile apps do not offer in-app purchases; use lektava.com for plan changes.

Cancel plan stops the next renewal. Paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period; cancellation of an already-paused subscription is immediate. Removing the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Review the refunds and cancellations policy for the full terms and support route.

Your existing books stay

A lower allowance can block new additions, but it does not delete your existing catalogue. You can still view, edit and export it. Export remains available on Free. An import's omitted books must be imported again from your original file after capacity increases.

Paddle handles purchases billed through Paddle. For a charge, invoice or refund request, follow the support link on your receipt or the refunds policy. Never send a card number to product support.
