The catalogue

Everything a book is, in one record.

Type an ISBN and the rest arrives. Authors, publishers and series are created as you name them, matched against what is already on the shelf so one misplaced space does not fork a second Paul Brunton.

02
Every script you read

Half your shelf is in a script most apps cannot spell.

Every book keeps its title in whatever script it was printed in, and a translation keeps its original title beside it. Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Tamil, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew, Thai: searchable in whichever one you happen to be thinking in.

Lending and the household

Know who has your books.

Lend a book to a name, not a sticky note. Borrowers get their own account, due dates turn amber before they turn red, and a reminder goes out without you having to be the one who asks.

Never gated

Four things you never pay for.

Export, always
Every book, every note, every loan: complete, on any plan, whenever you want it. Your catalogue is yours.
Sharing down to zero
Whoever you invite gets their own account for free. Nobody has to pay to read the shelf you built.
Your public page
Every library can have a public page. Pro drops the badge and allows a custom address; the page itself is never the thing you buy.
Nothing is ever deleted
Past a limit you cannot add, but everything already catalogued stays visible, editable and exportable. No hostages.

Start with the shelf nearest you.

Fifty books, no card, and a complete export the moment you want to leave.
