Optional Pro capacity bundles
- Book bundle: $12/year
- Adds 5,000 books and 2 GiB.
- Storage bundle: $25/year
- Adds 5 GiB without adding books.
Both bundles stack and renew with Pro on the same annual subscription. They add to the owner's pools without adding members, libraries or features. Purchases are explicit: no automatic overage billing. A bundle added partway through a year costs only the time left, and up to $10 of that, before tax, can go on your next renewal if you agree. Bundle purchases are not open yet; self-service bundle changes are still being prepared.
For an assisted change, ask Oshan about bundles. You will review the exact immediate charge and annual renewal quote before approving any change. A request does not buy a bundle or increase your allowance.
With B book bundles and S storage bundles, the annual total is $60 + $12 × B + $25 × S; capacity is 10,000 + 5,000 × B books and 10 + 2 × B + 5 × S GiB.

Two pools, with separate safety limits
Book capacity counts inventory title/edition records, not each physical copy. Lost and given-away records keep their details without a book slot; their retained images still use storage. Moving books between your own libraries does not create another allowance.
Retained image storage measures bytes kept after image processing. Uploads also have a separate per-file safety limit, applied before processing: 2 MiB on Free and 10 MiB on Pro. A storage bundle does not raise this limit. 1 MiB = 1,048,576 bytes; 1 GiB = 1,073,741,824 bytes. Library, member and active-loan limits apply independently of both pools.
The comparison includes released capabilities only. Collection valuation or insurance appraisal reports, scheduled backups and custom domains are future work, outside the current paid offer. Support is community support on both plans. See the roadmap.
Cancel a renewing plan at any time; paid access continues to period end, then Free limits apply. Your catalogue stays, and export is always available. Read our refund and cancellation policy for the details, including already-paused plans and Paddle refund requests.

- Every book, every note, every loan: complete, on any plan, whenever you want it. Your catalogue is yours.
- Sharing down to zero
- Whoever you invite gets their own account for free. Nobody has to pay to read the shelf you built.
- Your public page
- Every library can have a public page. Pro drops the badge and allows a custom address; the page itself is never the thing you buy.
- Nothing is ever deleted
- Past a limit you cannot add, but everything already catalogued stays visible, editable and exportable. No hostages.

A cap is only fair if you know exactly what it does before you hit it. These four decide that.

- You stop being able to add. Everything already catalogued stays visible, editable and exportable, forever. Over-limit data is never deleted and never hidden behind a paywall later.
- An import shows you the whole file
- For a file of 812 books and an empty Free account, Lektava reads all 812, saves up to 50 within the separate storage limit, and reports how many are waiting. Waiting counts are not stored copies; import the original file again after making room.
- Start with Free, without a deadline
- Free does not expire. Eligible Free accounts can choose a one-time 14-day Pro trial from billing, with no card or automatic renewal. After it ends, Free limits apply; your catalogue stays visible, editable and exportable. Paid capacity bundles are separate.
- One plan covers the library
- The owner pays; everyone invited joins free and keeps their own account. A member seat does not eat into anything they do with their own shelves.
